Kualitas dari sebuah layanan internet adalah kemampuan jaringan untuk bekerja dengan baik. Koneksi yang baik dan memadai dikampus sangat diperlukan dalam proses pembelajaran, supaya pengguna dapat menggunakan koneksi stabil. Quality of Service merupakan metode pengujian mengetahui seberapa kualitas pada Kampus 2 Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja perangkat lunak Wireshark.. Hasil pengukuran di dapatkan selanjutkan diolah dianalisis nilai Throughput, Delay, Jitter Packetloss disediakan. ditampilkan bentuk tabel setiap Access Point lantai 1, 2, 3 4
